We’re Hiring: Onsite Support Technician – Lesaka Merchant Division (Hospitality), Midrand

Lesaka Merchant Division (Hospitality) is expanding our Support team, and we’re looking for a skilled Onsite Support Technician to join us at our Midrand offices.

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Service Delivery Manager (JHB) or their nominees and will play a key role in delivering industry‑leading technical support to our hospitality clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on, customer‑focused IT professional who enjoys problem‑solving, working independently, and supporting technology in fast‑paced environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Installing new computer systems and hospitality‑focused POS solutions
  • Training customers on installed systems and software
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues onsite

Minimum Requirements
  • IT qualification (A+ and N+ highly recommended)

  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and travel long distances
  • Your own reliable vehicle
