Key Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and secure new business within the Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Conduct client needs analysis and present tailored office automation and IT solutions
  • Cross-sell and upsell products and services to new and existing clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention
  • Keep CRM systems and sales reports up to date
Minimum Requirements
  • 35 years sales experience in Office Automation, Managed Print, IT or related B2B solutions
  • Proven track record of new business development
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems)
  • Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the region
Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling printers, copiers, MFPs, managed print services or IT solutions
  • Exposure to competitive sales environments and vendor take-outs
  • Existing relationships within SME or corporate markets
