About the Role:

Our client, a reputable firm in the insurance and investment industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team in Bryanston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, supporting daily operations, and playing a key role in maintaining excellent client service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and day-to-day running of the office

  • Completing and processing insurance and investment forms accurately

  • Assisting with preparation for client reviews and meetings

  • Managing correspondence and documentation

  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining up-to-date client records

  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Own reliable transport

  • Valid driver's license

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (insurance/financial services industry preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
