Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-articles experience in tax and accounting.
• Demonstrated track record in preparing NPC board packs and donor reporting.
• Practical experience with Caseware, Xero, and PaySpace is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tax returns.
• Prepare financial statements and perform reconciliations.
• Manage accounting for NPCs with PBO and s18A status.

Skills

Knowledge of NPO/NGO accounting

Taxation and compliance expertise

Financial statement preparation

Experience with SARS e-filing

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education

Completed articles at an accredited accounting or auditing firm
