A healthcare facility is seeking candidates for a New Grad Residency Program in the Emergency Department. The position involves working 12-hour night shifts at a Level II Trauma Center where critical care is provided. Candidates must hold a nursing license and CPR certification, and an Associate degree in nursing is required. 12 hour nights
Preferred experience working as a PCT in an Emergency Department or having a practicum, preceptorship or Intern/Extnership.
Work at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in the Level II Trauma Center ED where the Region's only Burn Center is located.
Shifts: 12 hour nights, 36 hours per week

Salary Range: Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 52.68/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
