Candidates must have Grade 12 or equivalent, relevant qualifications, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in mining training. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training within a mining environment, specialising in Mining Training.
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety of self and team members in all planning and execution of operational activities.
• Collaborate with HRD leads and managers to identify training needs and propose relevant interventions.
• Conduct learner assessments to evaluate competence and provide feedback.
