Key Responsibilities :
  • Originating, qualifying, evaluating mining leads and opportunities for the Client.
  • Closing new opportunities and sales for the Client.
  • Leading and providing Technical Presales activity, including demonstrations, supporting implementations and trials of Client.
  • Managing the ongoing renewal of selected accounts and their overall satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements :
  • A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of mine scheduling systems.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience with mine design, planning (short, medium, and long-term), and scheduling.
  • Hands-on expertise in using general-purpose mining software.
  • Exposure to open pit mining environments, including a range of mining operations and commodity types.
  • Commercial minded.
  • Detailed understanding of Mine scheduling solutions.
  • Understanding of full-suite mining offerings.
  • Experience in the delivery of mine scheduling solutions.
  • Ability to clearly present technical solutions toward commercial ends.
