DUTIES
  • Divisional growth and Financial Performance – (annual budgets, forecasts, margins and resource plans
  • Market leadership and differentiation – lead development, improvement, and localization of products and services
  • Sales, Tendering & Contracting – Review, approve Tenders, proposals, sales strategies and contractual terms
  • Strategy Planning & Governance – Develop and implement divisional strategy, annual operating plans and forecasts
  • Product engineering and Quality Assurance – Sustained ISO9001 compliance and strong quality culture.
  • Provide engineering oversight across product design, application engineering and performance validation
  • Lead, coach, mentor and develop Department Managers against clear performance outcomes
  • Sustainable and compliant business operations
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, health and safety and BBBEE requirements
