A consulting firm in Durban is seeking a Member Consultant to manage a portfolio of healthcare clients. The role involves servicing HR and members face-to-face regarding medical scheme queries, conducting training sessions, and ensuring strategic consulting for growth. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of healthcare administration experience, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have a valid driver's license. This role offers an engaging environment that focuses on client relationships and compliance with regulatory standards.
The Member Consultant assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of health care clients under the supervision of the Consulting Manager. The primary focus is the servicing of clients’ HR and members face to face regarding medical scheme queries, plan advice, billings etc. The Member Consultant is also responsible for induction training and member training. The secondary focus is to assume the responsibility of an Administration Consultant when in the office or as required. There is a level of strategic consulting that will be required to accelerate growth.
