MATHEMATICS GET TEACHER: (GRADES 8 AND 9)

Northside College follows a mainstream curriculum as outlined by the Department of Education. Northside College, an English medium, independent, non-denominational, co-educational high school and is located in Northcliff. Northside College is looking at appointing a full time Mathematics Teacher, for grade 8 and 9.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Have taught Mathematics at grade 8 and 9 level.
  • Have a current SACE accreditation.
  • Be in the procession of the appropriate professional qualification and experience.
  • Maintain standards of academic excellence.
  • Be able to deliver lessons that engage learners of all academic levels.
  • Have organisational, administrative skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Have a willingness to set assessments, mark all types of assessments and help with moderation.
  • Have the ability to build healthy relationships with students, staff and parents, by having well developed communication skills.
