Base Salary Range: 2,000 to 2,500 USD per month

The company operates in the high end residential and luxury construction space. Delivering elevated client experiences and creating high end residences beginning at 4.5 million USD and above. The company is known for refined craftsmanship, premium design detail, and a sophisticated brand identity. As the current marketing lead transitions into business development, the company requires a dedicated specialist to execute day to day marketing operations and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
About The Role
The Marketing Specialist will execute all planned marketing initiatives, manage digital platforms, and support lead generation efforts across social media, paid advertising, SEO, email campaigns, and website updates. This role is hands on, execution focused, and ideal for someone experienced in managing digital marketing campaigns who can quickly adapt to the tone and expectations of a luxury brand environment. Experience in luxury real estate or high end construction is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) across platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, managing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Oversee all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring trends and analytics to boost brand engagement and following.
- Manage and update the company websites, ensuring content and the photo portfolio are current.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword tracking and on‑page optimization.
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Lasso CRM.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective capture and actionability of digital leads.
- Maintain and manage performance tracking and reporting dashboards.
Brand, Content & Design
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to established brand standards, maintaining a consistent brand voice and luxury positioning across all content.
- Create and publish blog posts for company websites to support SEO and brand positioning.
- Design various assets, including digital and print advertisements, promotional materials (clothing, giveaways, collateral), internal documents, report covers, and customer presentations.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and WordPress for content creation and design tasks.
Strategic Initiatives & Event Support
- Collaborate with leadership to execute high‑level strategic marketing initiatives.
- Assist the local office in planning and coordinating company events.
- Execute the existing marketing plan with precision and consistency.
Required Skills And Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in a comparable marketing role.
- Digital Advertising:
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
- Management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
- Competency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Content & Web:
- Strong copywriting skills for digital campaigns.
- Experience in content creation and website content management.
- SEO & Analytics:
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and analytics.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
- CRM & Email Marketing:
- Experience with email marketing, preferably using Lasso CRM or similar systems.
- Competency in any CRM tools navigation.
- Social Media:
- Familiarity with social media management.
