  • Marketing Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy and budget
    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, track competitors, and refine strategy
    • Align marketing efforts with company objectives, growth targets, and strategic priorities
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Management
    • Implement a relationship marketing strategy, including TOMA (Top of Mind Awareness) initiatives for customers and internal team
  • Digital Marketing and Content Management
    • Plan and manage multi-channel content calendars (LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, newsletter)
    • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance (LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Oversee newsletter design, content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance
    • Create SEO-optimized website updates, monthly blogs, and keyword enhancements
  • Podcast and Campaigns
    • Coordinate podcast strategy, guest outreach, recording, editing, and publishing
