This role is meant to develop, implement, and manage the marketing strategy across all business units and to strengthen market positioning, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Brand Management
- Ensure consistent, professional branding across all communication channels.
- Maintain and enhance brand identity.
- Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage website updates, content creation, SEO, and analytics.
- Oversee social media platforms, including content planning and engagement.
- Implement digital campaigns.
- Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Work closely with Sales to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop sales collateral, including brochures and presentations.
- Support launches of new products and services.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports.
- Events, PR & Communications
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Manage public relations and corporate communications.
- Project Management
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end, including timelines and suppliers.
- Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
- Present insights to Exco and the Board.

Qualifications & Experience
