Overview

A fast-growing, purpose-driven company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support marketing delivery across digital, e-commerce, wholesale, and retail channels. This role suits a hands‑on marketer who enjoys content creation, online store management, and contributing to a growing, sustainability-focused business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create, design, and schedule content across social media, email, and digital platforms in line with brand guidelines
  • Assist with managing paid digital campaigns and monitor performance across Google and Meta platforms
  • Optimise website content and SEO to support traffic growth, visibility, and online sales
  • Maintain and update the Shopify store, including product uploads, imagery, pricing, and content accuracy
  • Support website improvements and collaborate with developers or agencies when required
  • Ensure the online customer journey is accurate, engaging, and conversion-focused
  • Develop and update marketing collateral for wholesale and retail channels, including sales material and product launches
  • Support in‑store promotions, activations, and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support retail and concept store growth
  • Respond to customer queries across social media platforms in a timely and brand‑aligned manner
  • Track and report on campaign results, social media performance, and online sales activity
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and events as needed
Requirements
