Marketing Campaign Executive (Lead Generation) - Entry Level

We operate across all industry sectors, delivering summits, conferences and online events that connect senior decision-makers on a global scale.

This junior, entry-level role is based onsite in our Cape Town office and is suitable for fresh graduates. The Marketing Executive will create and execute marketing campaigns using direct mail and email, within budget, to promote events to senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify senior decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, Directors) who align with the summit theme and objectives.
  • Build targeted contact lists using CRM tools, databases, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Ensure potential client information is relevant, accurate, and current to support marketing campaigns and event understanding.
  • Analyze and identify target client contacts based on event topics and geographic markets through research.
  • Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns to generate referrals for sponsorship sales and direct marketing.
  • Proactively contribute to the overall effectiveness of event marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Recognized degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrable experience in lead generation or strong research abilities.
  • Practical marketing experience (1–2 years) is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language; French language is an advantage.
  • Willingness to adapt to a performance-driven culture.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to start immediately.
