Join Pacific International Insurance, a purpose-driven Australian pet insurance provider, and help us enhance customer experience, optimise media spend, and improve campaign performance through smart, strategic analytics.

We're launching an exciting new pet insurance brand in Australia, and we're looking for aMarketing Analyst who thrives in a data-rich environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver end-to-end marketing analytics that fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Insights

Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data to support strategic decision‑making.

Deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful reporting across digital channels.

Present actionable insights to stakeholders to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Optimisation

Track and analyse KPIs, ROI, CPL, and CPA across paid and organic channels.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRO platforms to monitor and optimise performance.

Conduct A / B testing and support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies.

Campaign & Budget Support

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to manage digital channel mix and budget allocation.

Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure accurate tracking and performance measurement.

Identify high‑performing channels and recommend budget shifts to maximise ROI.

Support keyword research and SEO performance tracking.

Collaborate with content and development teams to improve organic visibility and website performance.

Customer Journey & Compliance

Align analytics with customer lifecycle stages in partnership with CRM and product teams.

Ensure all data and reporting practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with email, social, and offline marketing teams to ensure cohesive reporting and insights.

Support agency‑managed campaigns with performance data and recommendations.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital marketing analytics or performance marketing.

Experience managing and analysing large digital marketing budgets.

Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, SEO, and CRO strategies.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience in insurance or pet care industries.
  • Familiarity with the Australian regulatory environment.
  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Passion for pets or animal welfare.
Where you'll work

Either remotely within South Africa or, at our office in the beautiful town of George in the heart of South Africa's stunning Garden Route.

Working hours will be semi‑aligned to the Australian time zone : 06 : 00 to 15 : 00 SA time giving you more free time later in your day.
