Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential target clients.

Explore different industries (e.g. logistics, retail, healthcare, education, energy and manufacturing) to understand where Servests services can add value.

Track market trends, client behaviour and emerging technologies that may influence the FM sector.

Support the development of industry profiles and competitor analyses to guide sales strategy.

Assist in creating market insight reports, dashboards and presentations for the executive and sales teams.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to translate insights into strategic actions and client opportunities.

Collect, clean, interpret and model complex data sets to identify patterns and trends.

Develop and maintain market intelligence databases and tracking systems.

Create clear, concise reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Research Skills – Ability to gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends and conduct pricing research to inform business decisions.
  • Data Analysis – Expertise in collecting, cleaning, interpreting and modelling complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that drive commercial insights.
