Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in IT Management) is highly desirable
• 10 years of leadership experience in the IT sector
• At least 5 years in a senior executive role (Managing Director, CEO, COO, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading digital transformation initiatives
• Strong financial and operational management skills
