Job description
Introduction

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Risk Manager located in the Pretoria Head Office.

The Risk Manager will be responsible for assessing, identifying, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments.
  • Developing risk management strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting on risk indicators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with various departments to implement risk management practices and providing training and support as needed.
  • Providing administration support to the Risk Management Committee.
  • Conducting quality assurance on dormant accounts and ensuring adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Chapter 6 Part 3.
Minimum Requirements
  • Undergraduate Qualification (NQF level 6 / 7).
  • Computer literacy and driver's license.
  • 3-5 years of experience in public service or SOE.
  • 1-2 years of managerial experience in a relevant field.
