We are looking for an experienced Manager Integration to lead an Enterprise Integration (EI) Centre of Excellence . The ideal candidate will drive the design, development, and maintenance of robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions that align with organisational strategy. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all integration-related initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise EI policies, standards, and processes.
  • Oversee integration development priorities and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Define and implement quality assurance and testing frameworks.
  • Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring.
  • Foster standardisation and data consistency across the integration landscape.
  • Lead the design, testing, and deployment of integration solutions for enterprise-level projects.
  • Collaborate on architectural and technology standards to guide organisational growth.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology providers.
  • Implement process improvement and cost-optimisation strategies.
  • Oversee redundancy and disaster recovery planning for integration systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and organisational policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing EI function.
Requirements
  • Education : Honours degree (NQF 8) in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience : 810 years of experience in enterprise integration or ICT environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
