Our client in the Network Communications sector is seeking a Manager : Digital Channels on a contract duration of 5 months.
Role Overview
The Manager : Digital Channels is responsible for leading the design delivery and optimization of customer-facing digital platforms (web mobile omni-channel and emerging digital touchpoints). This role ensures seamless secure and innovative digital experiences while aligning channel delivery with enterprise engineering standards architecture and governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related discipline (mandatory).
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA MSc in Digital Transformation / IT) advantageous.
- Certifications:
- Agile / Scrum Master SAFe Agilist
- Cloud certifications (AWS Azure GCP preferred)
- UI / UX or digital product certifications advantageous
- Relevant Experience
- Many years of experience in software / digital engineering with leadership in managing digital platforms (the original text notes 812 years and 35 years respectively; please verify for accuracy in the source).
- Proven track record in managing customer-facing digital solutions (mobile web omni-channel).
- Experience integrating digital platforms with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Strong background in agile delivery DevOps practices and digital product lifecycle management.
- Prior experience in financial services fintech or large-scale enterprise digital environments preferred.
