We are seeking a Managed Services Sales Specialist to focus on selling managed-service and cloud solutions including hosting, connectivity, security, voice, backup, and end-to-end ICT outsourcing. The ideal candidate understands both the technical and commercial aspects of modern ICT environments and can confidently guide clients through service migrations and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell managed-service and cloud solutions to enterprise and SME clients.
  • Conduct assessments of clients’ existing ICT environments and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate managed‑services proposals and SLAs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper scoping, deployment, and onboarding.
  • Support ongoing account management, renewals, expansions, and service optimisation.
  • Stay knowledgeable on cloud trends, security practices, and managed‑service best practices.
  • Promote bundled ICT solutions and drive recurring‑revenue growth.
