Overview

What you’ll do
  • You will report to the Service Desk Lead.
  • You will help with Major Incident Management support including status assessments, engagement of teams, whiteboard updates and communications, and general incident management during major incidents.
  • You will serve as the initial contact and facilitator for system-generated events regarding multiple systems and environments throughout the entire CSG environment.
  • You will work a variety of shifts to include weekends, holidays, or extra shifts.
  • You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Programme which runs for 12 months.
  • You will be in the Centurion or Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week.
Qualifications
  • South African Citizen.
  • CV & Cover Letter.
  • Academic Record.
  • BCom, BA Linguistics/Communication, Business Systems, or IT related.
  • Preferable have some call center experience.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment.
