Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' artisan experience.
• 5 years' management or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of contractor management and compliance inspections.

• Drive planned preventative maintenance schedules.
• Manage HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and general repairs.
