We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Maintenance Manager who’s not afraid to get stuck in and lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to keep production lines moving and machines humming.
• Manage maintenance across electrical, plumbing, tiling & general maintenance needs.
• Coordinate reliability and maintenance (R&M) scheduling and problem-solving under pressure.
• Respond to emergencies, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Travel nationally when duty calls.
• Bring your own driver’s licence and tools.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with production lines & industrial baking equipment.
• Know-how in electrical, plumbing, tiling & general maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills – able to manage people & processes.
• Sharp at R&M scheduling and problem-solving under pressure.
• Willingness to travel nationally when duty calls.
• Your own driver’s licence & tools.
• A formal qualification in electrical and/or plumbing and managerial experience is a non-negotiable requirement.
