Qualifications

• 5 or 6 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing environment.
• Three or more years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers overseeing various systems operations.
• Create and apply the annual capital budget for maintenance and improvements.
• Manage cost and schedule performance for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Management to develop standards.
• Oversee external contractors for compliance with company standards.
• Identify areas to improve manufacturing processes.
• Champion Total Productive Maintenance through problem solving.
• Ensure factory energy efficiency and compliance.
