You will work closely with clients to create bespoke safari and travel experiences in East Africa, ensuring seamless communication with lodges for unforgettable journeys. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury travel consulting, in-depth knowledge of African destinations, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant, preferably specializing in Southern and /or East Africa.
• In-depth knowledge of Southern and /or East African destinations, lodges, camps, safaris, and experiences.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on direct-to-client luxury travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an intimate team.
• Passion for travel, wildlife, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell bespoke luxury safari and travel experiences in East Africa.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Liaise directly with lodges, camps, and local partners to ensure flawless travel arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service throughout the travel process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and travel regulations.
• Generating your own leads.
