Job summary

A private game reserve in South Africa is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to oversee lodge operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, handle guest feedback, supervise staff, and maintain efficient operational systems. Qualifications include strong leadership and organizational skills, along with a passion for guest service. A competitive salary of R15,000 – R18,000 per month is offered. Live-in position.

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic accounting tasks.
• Ensure operational systems and processes are efficient and effective.
