KARATU & MANYARA Region, TANZANIA

START: January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
  • Monday - Sunday
  • Flexible / hours based on operations & season
  • Annual Leave & Time off in accordance with TZ law
REPORT TO

Lodge General Manager / Department head

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
  • USD 1,200 - 1,500 per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  1. Passport valid for traveling
  2. Formal Hospitality-related qualification
  3. Administration or Secretarial Certification - BONUS
  4. Clear criminal record & sober habits
  5. Prior Guest Relations / Concierge or Front of House Reception experience (Lodge / Tented Camp / Safari)
EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ Years experience in Front Office environment
  • Excellent customer relations and complaint handling
  • Fluency in Opera / IDS PMS, MS Word & Excel
  • Strong leadership of reception, concierge & reservations teams
