Job summary

The successful candidate will report on financial stock risks and lead the stock control team to achieve departmental goals. Suitable applicants should possess a Matric/Grade 12 and have at least 5 years of experience in the Inventory Department. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Inventory Department.
• Excellent understanding of systems and reports.
• Computer literate and able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report deviations from merchandise standards.
• Review and analyse daily stock reports to identify trends.
• Ensure stock count plan is executed accurately.
• Participate in all stock-takes and cycle counts.
• Verify and resolve stock variances with management.
• Coach and develop the stock control team.
• Plan and execute store requests for counts or audits.
