Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in the financial services or Life Assurance industry within a sales role.
• Successful influencing and persuasion skills linked to understanding individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit a panel of brokers to support the glu risk business.
• Facilitate training and accreditation of brokers on glu and PPS products.
• Conduct market research and execute strategic business plans.
• Provide sales support to intermediaries by preparing quotes and documents.

Skills

Intermediate knowledge of the Life Assurance or Financial Services Industry

Sales negotiation skills

Knowledge of MS Office (Internet, Outlook, Excel)

Education

LLB/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification
