Job summary

A leading banking institution is seeking a Lending Specialist in Cape Town. The role involves overseeing the structured lending portfolio, financial analysis, and developing strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Finance or Economics and 7-10 years of relevant experience in structured lending. Applications will only be accepted until 31/12/2025; this role is full-time at mid-senior level.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years' experience maintaining and growing wealth clients with structured lending products.
  • In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA), candidates will require a credit record check.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for financial analysis, risk management, portfolio management, planning and forecasting.
  • Develop strong client relationships and offer customized lending solutions.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Managers to enhance business and profitability.
  • Prepare reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics.

The Lending Specialist oversees the structured lending portfolio of our High Nett Worth Clients and overall lending solution for clients.

Ideal Candidate
