Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A relevant Master’s degree in Education or Education Studies. Education specialization (curriculum studies, educational management, philosophy of education, sociology of education, inclusive education, and psychology of education).
• A relevant teaching qualification with a relevant major in SPFET (preferable at secondary school level).
• Education as a major subject at the undergraduate level.
• Two (2) years relevant lecturing experience in SP & FET at tertiary level or five (5) years’ relevant teaching experience at school level.
• Specialized knowledge of methodologies of teaching.
