Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Online Course Developer to join their rapidly expanding remote education team. This fully remote position offers an exceptional opportunity for a creative individual passionate about digital learning and instructional design. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online courses that meet high academic and pedagogical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive online courses, including curriculum, learning objectives, and assessments.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials using various multimedia formats.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical soundness.
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build course modules.
  • Manage and maintain courses within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide guidance and feedback to a team of instructional designers and content creators.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of online course content and delivery.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online education and instructional design.
  • Develop strategies for assessing student learning outcomes in an online environment.
  • Manage multiple course development projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
