Grow and maintain the organisations CRM database (Zoho) through telephonic and online research.
Adapt conversations to meet daily and weekly KPI targets.
Conduct deep research on prospects via Google, LinkedIn, and supplied lists.
Record accurate information and updates in the CRM system.
Achieve daily call volume and database quality targets.
Participate in team events, company outings, and projects.
Work independently to deliver results while contributing to a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail (your CV must reflect this).
Clear, confident telephone voice and excellent English communication skills.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability.
Positive, energetic, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Ability to spend extended time on the phone updating and verifying data.
Adaptable to changing environments and processes.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to continuous learning.
Graduate (completed or currently studying part-time towards a degree).
Computer literate with good internet research skills.
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) is an advantage.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn for research and prospecting.
