Qualifications

  • 5 – 10 years’ experience as an L&D Specialist or similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF).
  • Qualified assessor and moderator.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Learning and Development strategy.
  • Design and conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Implement leadership and management development programmes.
