Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, restaurants, and work areas.
• Perform sanitation and cleanliness duties.
• Monitor chemicals and water temperature during shift.
• Clean and organize associated work area and kitchen equipment.
