Responsibilities

As a Junior Privacy Web Developer, you will support multiple projects and tasks, including:

• Configuring & Integrating Privacy Platforms: Configure and test privacy management tools (e.g., cookie modules) to align with design requirements and support implementation activities.
• Designing and Developing Custom Consent Solutions: Assist in developing web-based consent tools to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CPRA) using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Consent and Cookie Banner Integration: Help build innovative consent management solutions through tools like Google Tag Manager, APIs, and other platforms.
• Testing and Debugging Web Implementations: Support testing and troubleshooting of consent banners and cookie-blocking solutions by analyzing JavaScript, HTML, and network performance, and assist in developing client-ready solutions.

• Experience debugging and evaluating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be comfortable working in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.

Preferred

• Experience with privacy management tools (e.g., OneTrust, Cookiebot).
• Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) and how cookies track user behavior.

• Confidence working in Linux command line and browser developer tools.
• Experience with API integrations.
