Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 3 support and advanced troubleshooting for enterprise infrastructure.
• Design, implement and manage solutions across Microsoft 365, AWS and Azure environments.
• Administer, optimize and secure Windows Server environments.
• Manage Dell storage and backup solutions.
• Maintain and optimize VMware virtualization infrastructure.
• Support and administer Cisco UCS server environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching including SD-WAN solutions.
• Administer and maintain Mimecast email security and archiving systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including architecture diagrams and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning, infrastructure upgrades and technology roadmapping initiatives.

Experience & Skills

• 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering at a Tier 3 level.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, AWS and Azure (essential).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dell storage and backup solutions.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration and optimization.
• Proficiency with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experience managing Cisco UCS and enterprise hardware infrastructure.
• In‑depth knowledge of Cisco routing, switching and SD‑WAN technologies.
• Experience with Mimecast email security solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

Matric and relevant certifications such as :

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect
• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate / Professional)
• Cisco CCNP
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Proven experience in enterprise‑scale IT environments.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
