Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in South Africa is looking for a Junior Service Desk Agent to manage customer interactions and provide efficient IT support. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate and relevant IT certifications such as A+, N+, and MCSE. You will be responsible for logging incidents, prioritizing requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a pressurized environment. Previous experience in an IT service desk is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• A+, N+, MCSE certifications preferred.
• Experience in an IT service desk environment is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and log all incoming Contact Channel Incidents and Requests.
• Perform initial Analysis and Diagnosis of Incidents / Requests.
• Attempt First Call Resolution on all Contacts.
• Monitor and manage all Group Nodes to prevent SLA breaches.
