Key Responsibilities
- Research & Identify Contacts: Use online tools, LinkedIn, and business platforms to identify potential client companies and decision-makers.
- Candidate CV Distribution: Match candidate profiles to suitable opportunities and forward CVs to the correct contacts.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and well-organized records of outreach, communication, and progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and recruiters to ensure candidates are matched effectively.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on research, outreach activity, and outcomes.
- Professional Communication: Draft clear, concise, and professional emails/messages to ensure candidates are presented effectively.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts and candidates.
Requirements
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with search engines, LinkedIn, and business platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in clear, professional English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (advantageous, but not essential).
