About the job Junior Operations Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Your first mission will be to optimise the performance of the network of portfolio managers that manage merchants, underwrite and manage loans. This includes building great systems & tools to help them make better decisions and achieve success by building large portfolios of well-performing loans.
• Automate, Delegate or Digitise the manual processes in the pillar
• Build out a coaching and performance management system to achieve 90% of team above target
• Systematize the management of the pillar incentives and tools
