About the Role

This is an entry-level position - perfect for someone organised, analytical, and ready to learn. You don’t need previous experience in marketing / affiliate marketing or iGaming - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You will play a key role in reviewing digital marketing activity, helping to ensure that the advertised content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory expectations. This is a great role for someone who enjoys spotting inconsistencies, thinking critically, and working with structure and process.

This role is particularly well suited to candidates with experience or interest in:

  • SERP Analytics, Quality Assurance (QA) analysis and reviews, test case thinking, defect spotting).
  • Technical review or validation of digital outputs.
  • Auditing, verification, or structured checking processes.
  • Digital platforms, websites, or online systems.
  • Analytical or process-driven roles requiring strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Reviewing websites, ads, and online content for quality and accuracy.
  • Identifying potential issues such as misleading messaging or incorrect brand use.
  • Supporting the onboarding review of new partners and their marketing channels.
  • Keeping clear records and escalating concerns when needed.
  • Working closely with compliance, marketing, and operations teams.
What You’ll Learn
  • How marketing / affiliate marketing and tracking systems work (CPA, CPL, models).
  • How to use professional monitoring tools like Similarweb, BluePear and others.
  • How to detect violations and communicate with partners / advertisers in a regulated industry. How compliance processes protect both the brand and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Activity Monitoring
  • Conduct daily monitoring of online advertising channels, websites, and search engines using tools various tools, including but not limited to BluePear, Semrush, Advanced search tools, SensorTower
  • Identify affiliates who violate partner program rules, including the use of competitor brand names or misleading content.
  • Gather and document evidence of violations (screenshots, URLs, classification reports).
2. Reporting and Collaboration
  • Prepare weekly compliance reports summarizing detected violations, actions taken, and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal Legal, Compliance, and Affiliate Management teams to enforce partner rules and resolve issues.
  • Support internal audits when necessary.
Requirements
Must-Have
  • Confident PC user (Google Workspace / MS Office, Excel / Google Sheets and docs).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and reports.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and disciplined in daily reporting.
  • Quick learner, open to mastering new tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with web search, screenshots, and document management tools.
  • Confident in preparing reports, compiling data and formulating non‑compliant behaviour.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with CRM or task management tools (Trello, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
  • Familiarity with online advertising and mobile app stores.
  • Interest in compliance, digital marketing, or brand protection.
  • Familiarity with betting, casino, or fintech industries.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of platforms monitored and verified per week.
  • Number of compliance violations detected and resolved.
