Job Summary

To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while gaining practical exposure across key HR functions, including Learning and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. The role is designed to develop foundational HR skills and contribute to the effective delivery of HR services to the business.

Job Description

Workplace experiences: Attend and participate in all workplace experiences against agreed development objectives

Learning: Attend and participate in all training and development interventions against agreed development objectives

Ad Hoc duties: Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis

Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting

Clear Credit and Criminal record

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma (NQF 6/7) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field
