Responsibilities

• Log all complaints on customer care process system and communicate reference number.
• Provide resolution to customers proactively.
• Assist in positioning Operational Risk within the business through trend reporting.
• Collate Operational Risk Reporting and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Provide ad-hoc reports to senior management as required.
