REPORT TO: Director / CEO

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Closed on major public holidays

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R12,000 Salary per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Non-negotiables):

1. South African citizen
2. Based in Johannesburg
3. Keen interest in grooming, skin care and personal wellness
4. Experience in a similar role - preferred
5. Certificate/Diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
6. Strong written English skills, with the ability to write clear, compelling copy.
7. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
8. Experience with social media content creation, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.
9. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Brevo or similar) and campaign analysis.
10. Ability to effectively utilise AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining a high standard of originality and creativity.
11. Basic design skills using Adobe Express, or similar tool/s.
12. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
13. Solution orientated mindset with the ability to approach challenges with a “how can I help?” attitude.
14. Excellent time management skills.
