We have an opportunity for a Junior Demand Planning Analyst to join our Replenishment team. This position aims to ensure our restaurants remain adequately stocked by using data to investigate stock issues, optimising supplier performance and placing orders using our bespoke replenishment/MRP tool. This role will also contribute to automating replenishment processes for a seamless supply chain.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct investigations on reasons for out-of-stock instances.
  • Maintain master data (delivery days, days target coverage, MRQ’s, suppliers, stock items details etc.)
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses/investigations on supplier OTIF performance and overstocking issues.
  • Assist with allocations of new stock items and ad hoc allocations for promotional items.
  • Monitor deviations from forecasted usage/delivery schedules and take corrective action.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining a Central Ordering system to automate 500+ stores’ replenishment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • BCom, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar degree.
  • Competent in Excel (PIVOTS, VLOOKUPS & SUMIFS).
