Job description
We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper who is eager to grow their career in finance and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment. This role is ideal for someone with a solid bookkeeping foundation who is detail-oriented, organised, and keen to learn.

You will work closely with senior finance team members and be exposed to a variety of bookkeeping and finance functions across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture day-to-day financial transactions accurately
  • Assist with bank, credit card, and supplier reconciliations
  • Process supplier invoices and support payment runs
  • Assist with customer invoicing and follow up on outstanding debtors
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Assist with VAT reconciliations and supporting documentation
  • Support month-end processes and preparation of basic reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant qualification or studies in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance
  • 1–2 years bookkeeping or finance administration experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Exposure to accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar)
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel
