Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Contracts Manager to lead group-purchasing contract negotiations, manage supplier relationships and drive cost-saving initiatives for our member institutions. This role is key to ensuring value, compliance and operational efficiency across our procurement activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage contracts to maximise ROI and service quality.
  • Lead tender processes and ensure legal compliance.
  • Drive e-tender and catalogue system effectiveness.
  • Identify savings opportunities and report to CEO and Finance.
  • Engage with stakeholders, suppliers and advisory committees.
  • Supervise one administrator and support regional procurement activities.
