In this role you’ll support the development of new Business Intelligence offerings, monitor existing solutions, and provide insights that help our clients make smarter data‑driven decisions.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations, workforce planning, and customer experience, turning business challenges into actionable data solutions that drive measurable results.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Data Analysis & Modeling

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and support simple predictive models (e.g., linear/logistic regression, decision trees).
• Assist in data preprocessing and visualization to ensure actionable insights are clear and meaningful.
• Evaluate models using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1‑score, and RMSE.

Strategic Recommendations

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data problems.
• Deliver actionable insights that influence operational decisions and optimize contact center performance.
• Continuously refine strategies based on analytics and measurable outcomes.

Data Management & Reporting

• Define key metrics and reporting requirements with business stakeholders.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI to track KPIs.

Technology Exploration & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies in analytics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, data management, and operational performance.
